Hi, my name is Valentin, my passion is wood — not really a surprise, considering

I grew up in my dad’s cabinet-making shop back home in Germany.

At 15, I started my apprenticeship as a cabinet maker. I earned my journeyman ticket at 18 and decided I wanted to see something new, so I made the move to Canada. It was here that I met my loving girlfriend, Seija, and started building a new life.

I spent about three years working as a framer on large commercial construction sites, mostly apartment buildings. While I gained valuable experience in the construction industry, I always knew that my passion was working with wood and creating things with my own hands.

Today, I’m running my own business with a focus on residential carpentry and millwork. I take pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creating work that is made to last.

For me, working with wood isn’t just a job — it’s something I’ve grown up with and truly enjoy.
